Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is conducting market research in support of the operations and maintenance of military fueling systems within the continental United States (CONUS). The proposed contracts are required to provide sup port to the US Army Petroleum Center and the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC). Proposed NAICS Code for this type of work is 237120, Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction. Proposed contract method is to utilize a design build IDIQ type contract. This is not a request for proposals (RFP) and we are not conducting any technical evaluations at this time. Please read the proposed project requirements below and indicate your experience with the following items. Respond on your company letterhead and reference No. W9128F-05-R-0026 on all documents. Please provide a list of successfully completed projects in reference to the type of work listed to include location, dollar amount of work, name of customer with phone number. Price propos als should not be submitted at this time and will not be accepted. The government shall not pay for information received from this market research. Indicate your experience with the following types of work to include the following information. a. Provide location of completed work, dollar value of work, and point of contact name and phone number. b. Also indicate if you worked as a prime contractor or subcontractor when performing the work. (1)Studies and/or designs in relation to the following types of work (2)Fuel Storage tank rehabilitation work (include size of tank) (3)Fuel Piping revisions (4)Fuel Pump replacement (5)Fuel Control system revisions (6)Fuel Filter Separator addition/revisions (7)Fuel Storage Tank Dike rehabilitations (8)Fuel Fill Stand/Off Load Containment Areas (9) Fuel Control Valves 2. Does your firm have bonding capabilities? If so, what are the limits? 3. What is your firms primary discipline of work ? 4. Does your firm have design-build experience? 5. Is your firm currently registered with the Small Business Administration in a particular program, i.e., Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, HUBZone, 8A, etc. Responses should be limited to no more than 10 pages. Do not submit product literature or brochures.
