Description

Contractor to provide all labor and materials to replace the roof on Building 5 at the Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC in accordance with the specs and drawings. Specs will be uploaded on/about June 16, 2005. Drawings must be requested in writing. The request may be faxed to the attention of the above named Contracting Officer at 704-638-3453. The VA is not responsible for the readibility of faxed documents. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is betwen $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The prime contractor must meet this requirement. Bid opening will be held July 27, 2005 at 2:00 PM. Fifteen sets of specs and drawings will be available on a first come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted.
