Description

Recertification of Fall Protection This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation PR # F2S2205136A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 541990, Size Std: $6 Million. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1400 CST on 1 June 2005. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. Contract Line Items (CLINs): 0001 ? Inspection, test, and recertification of 30 Flexible Lifeline Systems and 60 Ikar Retractible Lifelines in accordance with ANSI Z359-1 ? 1992 Section 6.6.1. Inspection, test, and recertification cannot interefere with daily aircraft maintenance operations ? schedule will be coordinated with customer.
