Description

This Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract that the contractor shall design, engineer, construct, supply, install, test and place in service that equipment required to construct a new existing 33kV/11kV substation. Install new 33kV/11kV switchgear, (2) 31.5 MVA power transformers, new control building in Al Shamiyah North area in the Qadissiyah Governorate, PIF No. GBAGP-008, in accordance with Section C. ALL CORRESPONDENCE AND SUBMITTED PROPOSALS SHALL BE: 1. In English. 2. In U.S. Dollars. 3. In MS Word format with no more than one attachment (two files maximum). 4. All proposals shall have a total price in Block 17. 5. Offerors must sign in block 20B and date in block 20C. 6. Offerors may submit more than one proposal. 7.
