Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking to repair an Asphalt Roadway located in Starkville, MS. The objective of this project is the removal of existing pavement and gravel base, compaction and stabilization of sub-grad, construction of aggregate base course, construction of asphalt pavement, miscellaneous grading, turfing, and striping. This work will be performed at the USDA, ARS, located in Starkville, MS. An IFB with complete specification requirements will be issued on or about June 13, 2005 with all bids being due at 2:00 p.m. July 13, 2005.
