Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Veterans Affairs Northern Indiana Health Care System (NIHCS), Fort Wayne, IN is currently seeking sources to provide repair of Siemens Gamma Camera, S/N 04124, repair includes the replacement of the detector head, part number 4358912. Contractor shall be capable of obtaining parts and perform repair of Siemens Gamma Camera. Repair shall be performed at the VA NIHCS. Contractor must be certified by manufacturer to perform services as indicated. Contractor is required to possess all necessary permits and/or licenses required in the performance of these services. The NAICS Code is 811219 with a size standard of $6,000,000. Responses to this announcement shall determine if sufficient competition exists to compete these services and if the solicitation may be set-aside for a socio-economic group. The anticipated release date for this solicitation package is June 2, 2005. All interested parties please provide documentation of accreditation and certification, detailed qualification, statement of capabilities and pertinent information about your business.
