Description: The Government intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis, Micro Systems, Incorporated (MSI) essential part number components to support the operation and maintenance of the MSI Target Tracking Control System Upgrade (TTCS-U ), Models 8770-6 and 8770-7; and teardown, inspection, and repair of unserviceable components. The MSI TTCS-U Models are required as Government Furnished Equipment to the Flight Services contractor for operational support of the US Armys Aerial Flight Se rvices Program. The contract will be a five-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The justification for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only o ne responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contractor is Micro Systems, Incorporated, 35 Hill Avenue, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, 32548-3858. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, whic h shall be considered by the Agency. See note 22.
