Description
The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Administrative Services Division intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sicom Systems LTD for the purchase of one (1) Accipiter (TM) AR Processor. Operational Configuration includes real-time, 12-bit video signal digitization, MHT Tracking with IMM filtering, site map underlay with built-in, on-screen coordinates (latitude/longitude and UTM), target echo trails mode, PPI display, clutter-map processing, raw video archiving and playback, and target data archiving and playback. Includes TrackViewLite software for importing and viewing target data, and extracting target data for research use. Pentium 4 class processor. Includes on-site installation, configuration, and training. Compatible with optional remote radar control capability and network operation. Installation, labor and travel costs are included in quote. Installation site will be: Building 4223 Access Road, Marine Corps Air Station ? Cherry Point, MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina 28553. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit in writing to the designated representative their product's literature describing their ability to perform the effort. Responses to this notice must be received by June 10, 1:00 pm EST. Responses must be received via fax machine to the attention of Arleane Dean 301-734-3271. See numbered note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).
