Description
THIS PROCUREMENT HAS A REVISED SOLICITATION # OF SP0441-05-QCN45. THE RESPONSE DATE HAS CHANGED FROM COB ON 6/27/05 TO COB ON 6/10/05, AND THE ORIGINAL ISSUE DATE WAS CHANGED FROM 5/27/05 TO 5/20/05. NSN 3120-01-369-8361. Bushing, Sleeve. Identify to MIL-STD-130K, dated 15 JAN 2000. NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. An unrestricted technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. To obtain a copy, submit request to DSCR via internet address https://RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL.TDMD. Critical application item I/A/W dwg. # NR 13873 013698361-04037, Ref. # dated 02/06/04. Data Lists I/A/W dwg. NR 19207 12419026 dated 02/14/97 and P/N 12419026. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Delivery required: 60 Days ARO. The part in item description must be domestically manufactured unless identified in vendor?s offer as being of foreign manufacture. Foreign bearings require a waiver issued by DoD prior to award. Foreign bearings furnished by a contractor without waiver approval cited in award document will not be considered acceptable and contractual remedies will be pursued. DoD and other federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents are available on the internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Soliciting for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. Estimated annual quantity is 384 EA, annual guaranteed minimum is 96 EA, stated maximum quantity is 576 EA. Surge applies for a qty. of 37 EA. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at origin. QAP is B02. AVBS applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
