Quantity being procured is 3871 AY with 1838 AY being shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, Pa 17070-5001, and 1346 AY being shippied to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130 and 687 AY being shipped to (SW3227) Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. FOB Destination. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date 07/06/05. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available from DSCC-VTCD via one of the following media: internet at the above web cite or facsimile at (614) 692-2998: telephone at (614)692-2344; e-mail at drawings@dscc.dla.mil or by mail at Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTCD PO Box 2990, Columbus OH 43218-3990. Requests should include the RFP number, opening /closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g YPC/YPE), buyer's name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 255 days with First Article Test, if the First Article Test is Waived, Delivery will then be reduced to 150 days. A written quotation is required to be returned to the Bid Room DSCC-PBAA. ?Notice to All Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01- 26 (Item I, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitations in the near future.
