Description

Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material and transportation (F.O.B. Destination within consignee premises) to Install Type I - Concrete Grave Liners (Box with Separate Lid) and perform pre-placed crypt and 2nd interment casket burials at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442, for the base period date of contract award through September 30, 2005 with up to four (4) one (1) year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2009. Liners shall be Style 1 Box and a flat lid with 15.24 cm x 15.24 cm x 25.40 cm (6? x 6? x 10?) gauge-welded mesh, 0.95 cm (3/8?) rebar reinforcement on the sides and ends using chairs.
