Description
The Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) intends to procure support services to support the United States Army Infantry Center (USAIC), Soldier Battle Lab (SBL), United States Army Infantry Center, Directorate of Combat Developments, U.S Army In fantry School, G-3, Director of Operations and Training, The United States Army Infantry School (USAIS), and The Directorate of Operations and Training (DOT) located at Fort Benning, Georgia. Support services will include live, constructive and virtual ex perimentation to assess (not all inclusive) emerging technologies, concepts and training, tactics, techniques and procedures, for insertion into the Current (Army) Force and its suitability for the Future (Army) Force. Provide engineering, analytic, and t echnical support in the execution of concept analysis, evaluation, and experimentation in a constructive, virtual, or instrumented live simulation environment. Support Future Combat Systems design and organization, Future Force operational concepts and ex perimentation, Infantry Modular design and organization to support Global War on Terrorism (GWOT), and load analyses for the Future Combat Systems (FCS) Infantry Vehicle. Coordinate and support the Infantry School in the development of doctrine, training methodologies, and future concepts for current and future forces. Develop collective training support materials (Warrior Drills) and associated individual and small-unit combat tasks. Review and analyses of simulations training products that support FCS/ Army transformation, Technology Assessment for Airborne operations, Small Arms SME for XM 307 program, and Infantry Reconnaissance and Surveillance Analysis and Integration efforts. Support and evaluate all operations and training at Fort Benning. The No rth American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, All other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a size standard of $6.0M. Responses shall include the following information: business size (i.e., 8(a), Hubzone, WOSB, SB, Veteran, all others), number of employees, revenue for the past three years, relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back five years, and capabilities of your company to successfully perform this type of work. Documentation of technical exp erience must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine if contractors have expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.
