Description
Vessel(s) required: CLEAN, APPROVED U.S. OR NON-US FLAG TANKER CAPABLE OF CARRYING 310,000 BBLS (39,642 LT) (INTENTIONS JA1) CLEAN PETROLEUM PRODUCT. VESSEL MUST BE PARTY TO THE SIRE SYSTEM, HAVE BAPCO VETTING APPROVAL AND POSSESS CURRENT ISM CERTIFICATION AND INTERNATIONAL SHIP SECURITY CERTIFICATE. TANKER MUST HAVE SBT AND IGS. US FLAG VESSELS MUST INDICATE SUPERCARGO CARRYING CAPACITY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CARGO PREFERENCE ACT OF 1904, PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO U.S. FLAG VESSELS.
