Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a basic order agreement to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), Bethpage NY for technical support and associated efforts for the SIAP program. The effort consists of, review of, and comment on the documentation required for the development of the SIAP in conjunction with the appropriate program offices and NAVAIR personnel. This action will be negotiated on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). NGSC possesses the knowledge, experience, technical data, and design drawings necessary to support this program and effort. NGSC is the sole E-2C aircraft manufacturer and as such is the only firm with the requisite expertise necessary for this effort.
