Description
PR No: RE05160001, NSN: 9150-01-113-2047 (Hydraulic Fluid, Fire Resistant; 55 gallon drum) and 9150-01-113-2046 (Hydraulic Fluid, Fire Resistant; 5 gallon can); IAW MIL-H-19457D (SH). Annual estimated quantity (AEQ) for 9150-01-113-2047 is 640 and the AEQ for NSN 9150-01-113-2046 is 1,025. All AEQ quantities are for the base year. Solicitation will include a term of base year plus two option years, QAP 004, MSDS with warning labels and ABVS applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance Origin, quantity variance is plus or minus 05%. There is a contractor First Article Testing (FAT) requirement. This is a set-aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) procurement. The Government's required delivery schedule is 63 DARO for NSN 9150-01-113-2047and 35 DARO for NSN 9150-01-113-2046. This procurement is for Stock only. Stock locations are SRG (Richmond, VA) and AQ5 (Tracy, CA). Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government on these NSNs. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
