Description

Forest Wide Vault Toilet Replacement, Ashland, Applegate, and Butte Falls Ranger Districts, Jackson County, Oregon. This project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and incidentals necessary for the removal of existing vault toilet structures (two sites), the construction of new vault toilets, and aggregate pedestrian trails at Dutchman Peak, Robinson Butte and Rustler Peak sites on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. Contract time is 120 calendar days. Estimated start date is July 15, 2006. This is a Request for Quotations. In addition to price, offerors are required to complete a project specific questionnaire providing information regarding past performance history, technical approach, work sequencing, quality control, etc. Detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria includes technical approach and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about July 29, 2005. A payment bond (100 percent) will be required after award. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award.
