Description

PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION Web Development under Reference Nr. N05CW08 A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, streamlined competition of the Web Development and Maintenance that included but where not limited to formatting content for display on public or internal web pages and web sites in support of information-dissemination missions. Initiate new web sites or web pages. Collect and organize content as well as converting that content into appropriate formats. NIH has completed a streamlined competition for these services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On June 24, 2005 the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
