Description

PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION Data Maintenance, Administrative Activities and Computing Services under Reference Nr. N05GR09 A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, streamlined competition of the Data Maintenance, Administrative Activities and Computing Services that included but where not limited to Data Entry, Data Reconciliation, Data Integrity and Assurance, Other Data Maintenance, Administrative Activities and Computing Services Administration Activities such as assisting users in understanding data in order for users to perform inquiries for data retrieval and referring users to appropriate sources to obtain information. NIH has completed a streamlined competition for these services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On June 24, 2005 the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
