Description

Repair humidification in building 436 at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation number FA4600-05-B-9000. This project includes replacing each room air handling unit and adding an air conditioner for a new fresh air coil to condition the air before it enters the building. The ceilings on the fourth floor will have to be penetrated to insulate chilled water piping that has been sweating through the ceilings. Ceilings in each room will then need to be retextured and repainted. Performance period is 120 days. Solicitations will be issued as a competitive Service Disabled Veteran Own Small Business set-aside. Project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation issue date is O/A 15 July 2005. Bid opening date is O/A 16 Aug 2005. NAICS code is 238220. Size Standard is $12M.
