Description

The 97th Contracting Squadron at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, hereby issues this Request For Sources of supply. THIS IS AN FY05 END OF YEAR PURCHASE AND FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY05 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2005. Information for sources will be obtained before quotes are requested. Sources are being requested for requirement number F1B3F25157A100-RM and a written solicitation will not yet be issued. North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 337215, with size 500 employees or less. Contractor shall supply: PHENOLIC LOCKERS (gym lockers) Men?s locker area: Lockers 12x18x60 1 tier, 125 ea; Filler Strip Assembly (up to 4?)x60, 8ea; Finished End Panel 36x60, 2ea; Woman?s Locker area: Locker 12x18x60 1 tier, 79ea; Filler Strip Assy (up to 4?)x60, 3ea; Corner Filler Assy (up to 4?)x60, 3ea; Finished End Panel 36x60, 1ea; Finished End Panel 18x60, 3ea.
