- The government intends to procure the services needed for the repair of the RT-1115J (NSN 5841-01-421-4162) and RT-1411B (NSN 5841-01-245-4161) Receiver Transmitters (RTs), line replaceable units (LRUs) of the AN/APN-209(V), Radar Altimeter Set. T his SOLE SOURCE acquisition will be IAW FAR 6.302-1 and U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) to Honeywell Inc. (Honeywell), Sensor & Guidance Products, Minneapolis, Minnesota. However, all responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. As the government does not own detailed specifications or drawings for these items they are not available for this procurement. This effort will be a five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for repair of RT-1115J and RT- 1411B units. The AN/APN-209(V) provides an accurate indication radar altitude function over a range of 0 to 1,500 feet in Army Aircraft. The RT-1115J and RT-1411B units also provide an Altitude Voice Warning System, which gives a voice warning in respons e to high and low presets. The total estimated ceiling is $ 4,579,503.00, with deliverable quantities up to 300 each per year. All repairs will be placed on individual Delivery Orders. Each Delivery Order will set forth all requirements, delivery schedule, and applicable price. I n addition to repairing the RT-1115J and RT-1411B the contractor shall perform the following efforts for each of the designated LRUs: CAV II (Commercial Asset Visibility), UID (Unique Identifier), RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and Accounting for C ontractor Services. The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) has established a Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website as part of the Armys Single Faced Industry to allow electronic postings of Requests for Proposals )( RFPs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from C-E LCMC to Industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil). You may access potential C-E LCMC Business Opportunities by simply selecting C-E LCMC Comm. & Elec. Com. Under the heading View by Contracting Activity and then click on GO. Registration for a user ID and password will only be necessary when you are considering the submissi on of proposals to C-E LCMC through the IBOP. To be a registered user of the IBOP, please click on Industry Registration under the heading Secure Services. Responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
