Description: Level 1 journal sleeves, centrifically cast. Anticipate IDIQ firm-fixed price type contract with one base year and two option years. Sleeves shall be in accordance with Navy drawings, level 1 material, copper-nickel alloy castins, ASTM B-369-96, UNS alloy C96400. Certification of chemical and physical properties for level 1 material, weldability certification, safety/material certification liquid penetrant inspection & radiography test report required. Inspection at source/acceptance at destination. Solicitation shall be posted at www.neco.navy.mil under solicitation number N00406-05-R-5200. Approx posting date is August 1, 2005.
