Description

STATEMENT OF WORK The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, etc for the Annual Wing Family Day to be held at Dobbins ARB, GA on 10 Sept 2005. 1. Provide attendants for event set up, operate/serve and takedown. Set up shall be completed prior to the beginning of the event at 12:00 Noon on 10 Sept 05. Need to be prepared to start serving NLT 11:30 AM. Must provide colorful tents, tables and equipment to work and serve from. Clean up must be accomplished immediately following the event and finished no later than 5:30 PM. 2. Contractor shall provide at least 3 games such as Fire Truck, Velcro Wall, Airborne, Orbitron or Bounce. Contractor shall provide personnel to monitor use of the games. Final decision on choice of games will be made by Chief of Services. Contractor shall also provide food for 1800 people. All food items must last until 2:30 PM. Ice Cream, Soda and Cotton Candy must last until 3:30 PM. 3. Menu will include Hot Dogs, ¼ lb. Hamburgers, Condiments, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Water, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Assorted Chips, Ice Cream, Cotton Candy, and assorted name brand Sodas (one clear, one cola and one diet). Contractor will also provide plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. 4. Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the base. Security requirements include prior authorization of passes/ID and posted speed limits.
