Description: The National Park Service, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with Wolverton Pack Station, 3287 N. Palo Verde Blvd, Lake Havasu City, AZ for the procurement of non-stationary (movable, temporary in nature and not affixed to the realty) buildings and corals currently located in the Park as described the Concession Permits CP-SEKI-003-97 and CP-SEKI-005-97. This procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.301.1 - this source is considered to be the only responsible source who can meet agency requirements. The Government anticipates award of a fixed price contract not less than 14 days of this announcement. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
