- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is W912L2-05-T-0017. This is a request for proposal, RFP. The NAICS Code is 721110. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in e ffect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02, effective 23 March 2005 and Current to DCN 20050222 Edition. Small business size standard is $6M. SIC Code is 7389. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Numbers as follows for Flagstaff Arizona o r Williams Arizona: CLIN 0001 Hotel Rooms, August 19-20, check out 21 August. 25 Rooms, 2 nights. Any costs charged to the room such as telephone usage, movies, mini bar usage, room service or any other charge above and beyond the daily rate, will be at the occupants expense and will not be allowable under this contract. A block of 25 rooms shall be set-aside until two weeks prior to the weekend seminar, i.e. rooms shall be held until 3:00 p.m on August 5th for the August 19-21 seminar. Reservations wi ll be placed by the attending couple. Couple will identify themselves as participating in the Marriage Enrichment Seminars for the National Guard. CLIN 0002 August 19-21 Working Lunch to be served in the conference room for up to 50 people on Saturday. Include in your proposal the lunch proposed. Number of lunches will be contingent upon the number of couples that register. CLIN 0003 August 19-21 Working Dinner on Saturday, to include entertainment for up to 50 people. Number of dinners will be conti ngent upon the number of couples that register. Include in your proposal the dinner proposed along with the entertainment. CLIN 0004 August 19-21 Ice Breaker on August 19, 7pm-10pm, including a variety of soft drinks only, hors douvres for up to 50 peopl e. The amount charged will be contingent on the number of couples that register. CLIN 0005 August 19-21, 2, 20 minute breaks, 1 morning, 1 afternoon for up to 50 people for the Saturday session only. Refreshments including pastries, coffee, water and ju ices. Times to be determined. CLIN 0006 August 19-21, Conference room. Availability for 19-21 August. Large enough to hold 60 people. Round tables. CLINs 0007-0012 shall be included in your proposal and represent the weekend of Aug 26-28 for the same items as 0001-0006 above. CLINs 13-18 shall be included in your proposal and represent the weekend of Sept 9-11 for the same items as 0001-0006 above with the exception that 30 rooms will be required and meals will be for 60 people. Offerors are requir ed to submit with their proposal enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements required in this synopsis. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION MAR 2000. This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. 52.209-6, Protecting the Government's Interest When Subcontracting With Contractors Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial; 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. availability of recreational activities on the p roperty such as tennis, heated pool, spa, volleyball, exercise room etc. Additional activities such as horse stable, hayride etc. will be given greater conside ration; 2. property amenities including on site restaurant that offers a full menu with a variety from fish and steaks to soup and sandwiches, conference space to accommodate up to 80 people, and a full service lounge: 3. price. Availability of recreation al activities on the property and property amenities , when combined, are significantly more important, when compared to price.
