Description

Intent to Negotiate Sole Source RFQ 261-0206-05 DUE 8/26/2005 The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Best Access Systems (BAS) to furnish all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and services to provide re-keying services at VA facilities at Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Livermore in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications specified in the contract. The VA is required to contract with BAS as they have already re-keyed numerous building at the locations and have to finish re-keying each location, so that there is only one "master" key at each location. This Announcement is not a request for competitive quotations; NO solicitation package is available. No telephone or e-mail inquiries will be accepted. The NAICS code is 332510, Hardware Manufacturing contractors. The three VA facilities are the Veteran Affairs (VA) Palo Alto Health Care System: 3801 Miranda Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304; Menlo Par VA: 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025; and the Livermore VA, 4951 Arroyo Road, Livermore, CA 94550.
