Description: The proposed procurement is for renovation of offices in Building 777, Fort Bliss, Texas. Work includes, but is not limited to, carpet replacement, painting, door replacement, and disposal. The magnitude of this requirement is between $25,000 and $ 100,000. This procurement is 100 percent HUBZone set-aside (see numbered note 27). Offerors must be certified and listed by the Small Business Administration as a qualified HUBZone small business concern. Offers from other than HUBZone small business co ncerns will not be considered.
