Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a sole source award to Service Argos Inc. for an extension to the current contract for the satellite tracking of the Wood Stork for the Jacksonville Ecological Services Office of the U. S. Fish & Wildlife Service in Jacksonville, FL. Service Argos provides an earth orbitting satellite system daily global location for monitoring of transmitters attached to wildlife. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304.
