Description: The purpose of this amendment is to expand the system requirements for the Sequential wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, and to make corrections to the FAR description. Expansion of the system requirements: The requirement for the X-ray tube should read -Must have, AT MINIMUM, 1 KW x-ray tube with 75 um Be window, plus, AT MINIMUM, 1 kW generator. Corrections to the FAR description: The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2005-4, DATED 8 JUNE 2005 (update from Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14, dated 24 Sept 1999).
