Description

NSN 6140-01-073-3206; PR: RPG05186001847; Battery, Cell. An Unrestricted Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Contractor First Article Testing (CFAT) is required; DD1222 required with FAT test report. Contractor FAT test plan shall be sent 60 days from contract award date prior to production; Contractor FAT per tables I and II of MIL-PRF-49450B(CR); Contractor FAT quantity shall be 4 groups of 19 cells; 76 cells in total. Safety Assesment Report (SAR) to be sent 180 days from contract award date; see solicitation for exact details and required delivery lead-time. 100% Quantity Option included in solicitation. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as a Firm, Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract. Immediate PR requirement is 45 pieces (not including FAT requirements), plus 45 pc. 100% Quantity Option. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP004. FOB Destination. Electronic offers are not acceptable. ALL offerors must submit a completed solicitation package, including any and all applicable documentation. Failure to submit required documentation and/or pricing will be considered non-responsive and may result in the rejection of offer.
