Description

The Bay Pines VA Medical Center anticipates awarding a sole source procurement with Pinnacle Medical Supplies, LLC of Ocala, Florida for the following items: (1) 2008K: Dialysis Machine, 10cc Heparin Pump, Online clearance, DiaSafe Plus. NAICS code #423450 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. To be delivered to Bay Pines VA Medical Center at Building 100 Warehouse, St. Petersburg, FL, 33708. No solicitation will be issued, however, all quotations received on or before 4:00 PM, EST, August 15, 2005, will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The anticipated award date is on or before August 29, 2005.
