- RD05213012, Carleton Technologies PN 14953, Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Sole Source, note #22. This is a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base and four option years. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance destination, IAW Q106. Requested delivery is 136 DARO. The estimated annual demand quantity is 64 EA for the base year and 44 EA for the option years. The stock shipment locations are within CONUS. This procurement is unrestricted and not a set-aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
