Description

This contract is to secure services for constructing a cast-in-place concrete foundation and to erect the Government-furnished three-sided metal carport, for the Grindstone Ranger District, Mendocino National Forest, Butte County, California. PRICE RANGE: between $25,000 and $100,000. Bonding will be required of the awarded contractor at time of award. LOCATION: This project is located at the Genetic Resource Center, 2741 Cramer Lane, Chico, California. From Highway 99 take the Skyway/Park Avenue exit to the East. Turn right on Notre Dame. Turn left on Morrow Lane. At the end of Morrow Lane, turn right on to Cramer Lane and continue to 2741 Cramer Lane. CONTRACT TIME: 30 calendar days. Work is estimated to start September 29, 2005. Solicitation issue date is August 19, 2005, with an estimated due date of September 19, 2005. The solicitation will be posted at this website for viewing and printing. PRE-QUOTE TOUR: A pre-quote tour is scheduled for Thursday, September 1, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Genetic Resource Center, 2741 Cramer Lane, Chico, California.
