- The U.S. Department of State intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with RG II Technologies, Inc., 1997 Annapolis Exchange Parkway, Suite 210, Annapolis, MD, 21401 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurment is for the maintenance of the Mission Performance Plan (MPP) and Bureau Performance Planning (BPP) modules. The proposed contract action is for a continuing core level of essential application development and maintenance support services to be issued off the vendor's GSA Federal Supply Schedule. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
