Description

Contractor shall furnish all the labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to completely renovate Behavioral Health, which is approximately 20,000 square feet of space on the 7th floor of building #1. Work shall include but not limited to demolition, plumbing, electrical, HVAC. In addition the Contractor shall remove asbestos containing pipe insulation. All work to be completed within 400 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued, plus the work must be phased. The work will be done in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings provided. The tentative issue date for this procurement is 8/16/05; the project cost is estimated between $2,000,000 - $5,000,000. The NACIS (North American Industry Classification System) code for this procurement is 233320. The bid packages will be issued on a first come basis, the procurement is unrestricted. The cost for the packages will be $75.00; the tentative issue date for the packages will be 8/16/05. Fax requests for packages will not be accepted, the check must be received prior to receiving bid package
