Description

Second Posting -- Furnish all labor, plant materials, and supervision for an all services/minor construction multi trades contract. All work shall conform to the latest OSHA and Building Codes in effect on the date of award in Adams County, PA and s hall include Wage Determinations, General Decision PA030016 Mod 19 dated 7/8/05, Adams County, PA. Work shall include, but not limited to, small construction projects at the RRMC Site, Adams County, PA, various carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, mec hanical, HVAC repair work, small operation and maintenance repair. All employees of the succesful contractor including any and all subcontractors will be required to obtain a minimum clearance level of secret prior to scheduling the commencement of any wo rk on site. Solicitation number W81XWH-05-R-0023 pre-solicitation notice was initially posted in FedBizOpps on 6/9/05 as Full and Open Competition -- the requirement has been revised to 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Resulting contract type will be Requi rements with a Base Year and Four Option Years - Firm Fixed-Price. Base period estimated price ranges between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00.
