Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed price construction contract for the manufacture and coating of horizontal pier braces for Nimbus Dam, located seven miles down stream from Folsom Dam in Sacramento County, California. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332312. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. It is anticipated that the RFQ, specifications and drawings will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 19, 2005. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is on or about September 19, 2005. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
