Description: The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Interactive Motion Technologies of 56 Highland Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139 to acquire an inmotion ankle bot system with related equipment and training. VA Connecticut requires this equipment for clinical studies regarding the restoration of gait in multiple sclerosis patients. Interactive Motion is the only known manufacturer of this equipment. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. The Government will consider all proposals received by 8/16/05. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See note22
