Description

Charleston AFB, Charleston, SC is seeking qualified HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran (SDV) Small Business firms capable of proposing on an upcoming project for Replace Military Family Housing, Phase 4. In order to meet our Small Business Goals, we are looking to possibly set aside this project for HUBZone or SDV contractors. Contractors must be able to provide payment and performance bonding over $10M per project. Past performance needs to include construction of new housing units, construction of new roads/sewers/electrical, and ability to work more than one area of a project at one time. Interested HUBZone or SDV contractors should submit a letter of interest, along with a list of relevant experience in large housing and infrastructure projects including points of contact. Projects do not need to be government projects. Also include ability to provide bonding for over $10M per project. If enough qualified contractors express interest, this project may be set aside for HUBZone or SDV contractors when authority to advertise is received.
