Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This action is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541330. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-05-T-0107. The requirement is for a Field Service Represent ative (FSR) to support the Governments Quality Assurance Team (QAT) in the delivery of Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Units (ROWPU). This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Requirement. Place of Performance is Chile. Period of Performance is for som etime in the month of September 2005 for approximately 8 to 10 days. For a copy of the detailed Statement of Work, please contact the POC listed below. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offeror s shall provide a proposal that provides a Firm Fixed fully burdened labor rate for the FSR along with travel costs. The fully burdened rate shall include: base labor rate, overhead, G&A and profit. In addition, the Offeror shall provide past performance information and technical qualifications of their proposed FSR(s). The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on techncially acceptable, lowest priced fully burden labor rate.
