Description

DESCRIPTION: SIC 3621 1,000 EMPLOYEES The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) has a requirement for a Diesel Generator, one (1) each. 500KW, 625 KVA, 1800 RPM, 0.80 power factor, 480 volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 60 Hertz, including radiator fan and all parasitic loads in accordancw with detailed specifications as provided in the solicitation. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition will be utilized under Full & Open competition. FOB: DEST to Bremerton, WA 98314. Solicitation available approximately 15 Aug 2005 and closing approximately 26 Aug 1005. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer, are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to mary.beauchamp@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. No bidders? list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipts of quotes may render your quote non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
