- The government will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Hogge WRP Project located in Christian County, Illinois. This project is located 2 ? miles east and 1 mile north of the Intersection of IL Rt. 48 and Lincoln Trail Road which is on the east side of Taylorville, Illinois. Project is on the west side of the township road bridge that crosses Flat Branch Creek This project consists of reconstructing two wetland berms and installing three water control structures. Seeding and mulching of 3.4 acres of berms. This RFQ will be issued on a full and open basis and will be available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about August 25, 2005. Any changes to the RFQ will be made only at www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the responsibility of the contractor to check this web address for any posted changes to this solicitation. The Davis Bacon Act will apply. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NACIS code is 237990 and the size standard is $28.5 million. The performance time is 20 calendar days. A limited number of packets will be available at the site showing scheduled for 10:00 am local time, August 25, 2005 at the project work site. If you are unable to attend the site showing and would still like a packet, fax your request to our office at 217-353-6677. Quotes must be received at the Contracting Office by 10:30 a.m. (Local Time) on August 31, 2005. No public bid opening will be held.
