Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a notice of the intent to procure Proliant DL380 for the Macdill Air Force Base USSOCOM department. The following specs are required: Please see attachment for the equipment list. This procurement is a Total 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in accordance with the Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 443120 and the size standard of which is $6.0 million in annual receipts (not to exceed). Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. Applicable FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.219-27, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 252.212-7001, and 252.225-7001.
