- OFFICE, WAREHOUSE, and SECURED PARKING needed in El Centro, California. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximatley 17,080 Rentable square feet of office/warehouse space, consisting of approximately 2,230 square feet of common use space, 11,000 BOMA usable square feet of office space, 3,850 BOMA usable square feet of Warehouse space, and 39,000 square feet of secured wareyard along with 55 employee parking spaces and 12 visitor parking spaces in El Centro, California. The space must be located within two miles of Interstate Highway 8, and must be east of Forester Road and west of Highway 111. The lease term will be 20 years, 15 years firm term. The Bureau of Land Management is currently satisfactorily housed in leased space, but will consider relocating if economically advantageous. The space offered must meet Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and Fire Safety Standards and must not be located in the 100 year floodplain.
