Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX, has a requirement for Cardio Server-250, web enabled, server based, multi-modality database supporting the entire enterprise with up to 250 concurrent edit licenses. Includes: Results out HL7 interf ace, secure access, digital signature, HIPAA logs, report archiving, backup and e-mail, database reporting scheduling and inventory management, site installation, and migration of 1.5 million ECG from GE/Marquette server to new server. This is a notice of intent to award sole source to Epiphany Cardiography Products LLC, 209 Briarherst Dr., Amherst, VA 24521-3249. Solicitation W81K00-05-T-0764 will be issued on 19 Aug 2005 and will be available for downloading through Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) A cquisition Business Web Site. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests for FAX requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
