Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source to Applied BioSystems, 850 Lincoln Center Drive, Foster City, CA 94404, for the purchase of a HID, 7500 REAL-TIME, LAPTOP, SVC INS, which includes: Chemical inst all kit containing calibration plates, RnaseP instrument verification plate, quantifiler kit and users manual and Real-Time PCR Chemistry Guide, limited warranty and training. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request fo r Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
