Description
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Service, Agency for HealthCare and Quality, (AHRQ), Center for Primary Care, Prevention and Clinical Partnerships through the Program Support Center plans to award 6 month sole sources simplified, fixed price acquisition to the Partnership for Prevention, 1015 18th Street, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20036-5216. AHRQ is building on the current health professional roundtable infrastructure provide by the Partnership and therefore they are only capable provider of all the services and products that the government requires for this procurement. The propose of the requirement is to organize, convene, facilitate one HPR meeting with the following meeting objectives to inform health professional organizations about AHRQ health sector technical assistance activities with CDC- funded Steps communities: also to generate feedback and recommendations from HPR about AHRQ technical assistance activities to Steps Communities. To engage and recruit interested members of HPR to join national partners to accomplish health care sector goals for Steps programs. Partnership for Prevention HPR coordinator will work with AHRQ prevention staff o determine appropriated speakers and submit written summary of meeting to include organization?s from HRP for AHRQ?s technical assistance activities with Steps communities. The Proposed Simplified Acquisition Action Is For Supplies And Services For Which The Government Intends To Solicit And Negotiate With Only One Source. This Acquisition Is Being Posted In Accordance With FAR 5.201(b)(1). In Accordance With FAR 19.502(a), The Contracting Officer Has Determined That There Is Not A Reasonable Expectation Of Obtaining Offers From Two Or More Responsible Small Business Concerns That Are Competitive In Terms Of Market Price, Quality And Delivery; Interested Persons May Identify Their Interest And Capability To Respond To The Requirements Or Submit Proposals Within 10 Days After The Date Of Publication Of This Notice. A Determination By The Government Not To Complete This Proposed Simplified Acquisition Based Upon Responses To This Notice Is Solely Within The Discretion Of The Government. Information Received Will Normally Be Considered Solely For The Purpose Of Determining Whether To Conduct A Competitive Procurement. No Solicitation Is Available.
