- The Defense Distribution Center located in New Cumberland, PA has a requirement for a Haz-Mat ID unknown identifier. The units will be shipped to: Defense Distribution Center San Joaquin, Supply Branch, Whse 3, Tracy, CA 95376. This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423490 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. A written solicitation will NOT be issued. This notice constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information herein. This notice constitutes the only solicitation document and the only request for quotes. The offeror must provide descriptive literature along with their offer describing the equipment. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. Evaluation for award shall be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS. Award will be made using factors 1) technical capability of items to meet the government?s requirements and 2) price. The contractor shall provide descriptive literature describing the equipment being offered if not offering the SENSIR brand. Pricing should be FOB Destination Tracy, CA. Offerors must submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS with its offer.
