Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to issue a purchase order to MultiCase, Inc. of Beachwood, Ohio on a sole source basis for the following: (1) MCW: MC4PC (M Case for Windows), (2) AFDA- RCNW: FDA Rodent Carcinogenicity (Male & Female Rats and Mice), set of 4 modules (AF1-AF4), (3) AFDA-RCPW: FDA Rodent Carcinogenicity (Male & Female Rats and Mice), set of 4 modules (AF5-AF8), and (4) A53W:FDA Teratogenicity Miscellaneous Mammal. This software is essential when additional toxicological safety information is needed during the review of Food Contact Notifications, Food Additive Petitions and Gras Notices. This award is being issued on a sole source basis because the MC4PC program is the copyrighted intellectual property of Klopman Consulting International and can only be obtained from MultiCase, Inc. No REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Not withstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting FDA?s requirement as stated herein may submit a capability statement, which if received within the 7 calendar days of the date of the announcement will be considered. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this noctice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses or questions regarding this posting must be in writing and can be sent via email to icofield@oc.fda.gov. No phone calls will be accepted.
