Due to an admin error for Amendment one and two, please acknowledge amendment 002, and all Modifications to previous announcements. Amendment one was issued to incorporate the original solicitation into the pre-solicitation and was incorrectly issued as an announcement. Amendment two was issued to incorporate changes to the solicitation and is the only amendment showing a form SF-30. Amendment 002 is shown as the documents opened when offerors open amendment 001.
